Seeing your counselor has never been easier than with the MAP Network Connect mobile app.
Here’s how it works:
While speaking with your counselor, you’ll be asked if you’d like to schedule a video appointment. He or she will work with you to find a suitable date and time.
You’ll receive an email from MAP Recovery Network that includes a link to open the video appointment and an access code. At the scheduled time of your appointment, just return to that email and click the link, or enter your access code on the apps first page to begin the video session.
The MAP Network Connect mobile app is intended for individual clients of a treatment provider in the MAP Recovery Network. Your case manager will ask for your email address during your intake process. Your treatment provider will use the MAP Recovery network to send appointment links to you via email.
Privacy Policy
You understand that through your use of the MAP Network Connect application you consent to the following collection and use of this information: Voice and video communicated through the MAP Network Connect application is not stored anywhere in our system nor is it used for any purpose other than to facilitate communication between parties. During peer-to-peer connections (including connections relayed through cloud-based servers), the endpoints generate random keys at the beginning of the session and in addition they change periodically during the conversation to make it even safer. Keys are neither stored nor persisted anywhere.
